When I was 12 I asked Santa for an Helvetica Rounded.
When I was 16 I got paid for designing a webpage (1998).
When I was 18 I stepped into an ad agency for the first time.
When I was 22 I got my first Cannes Lion.
When I was 26 I said 'enough!', then quit advertising and started to teach advertising, and directed a research project about Consumers & The Internet.
"Enough" only lasted a couple of years, so I went back in advertising fully convinced I'm making a huge mistake even if 27 Cannes Lions in 3 different countries for 10+ different brands in almost every category try to prove me wrong. (Nice humble brag, Alejandro. Nice!)
Whenever I'm not playing frisbee or browsing typefaces or spending my paycheck on rare records, I dedicate all my efforts to research and develop the best burger you'll ever try.
